Lavender flowers lined Genesee Street in the village of Camillus last weekend in memory of Sarah Mary Peek. Sarah, 7, suffered from pulmonary hypertension and passed away March 3 after experiencing a seizure in school. Her favorite colors, lavender and periwinkle, are also the awareness colors for the incurable disease. In Sarah’s memory, Camillus Webelo and Tiger Cub Scouts, along with their parents, decorated the village with her colors.
