    * AT 605 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING A
    HALF INCH TO INCH OF RAIN PER HOUR. THIS BAND OF HEAVY RAIN WAS
    MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. SOME AREAS HAVE RECEIVED AROUND AN INCH IN
    THE LAST HOUR AND AN ADDITIONAL HALF INCH TO INCH OF RAIN IS
    POSSIBLE THROUGH 7 PM.

    WESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK...
    THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CANAJOHARIE...
    * UNTIL 1245 PM EDT
    * AT 945 AM EDT RADAR SHOWED SHOWERS WITH HEAVY RAIN ALONG THE
    MONTGOMERY...SCHOHARIE COUNTY BORDER...NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR
    ESTIMATES A HALF INCH OT INCH OF RAIN IN THE LAST HOUR AND AN
    ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 11 AM. THE SHOWERS
    ARE EXPECTED TO WEAKEN AND DRIFT EAST THROUGH 11 AM. RUNOFF OF
    THE RAINFALL WILL OCCUR OVER AREAS ALREADY AFFECTED BY FLOODING
    OVERNIGHT BUT SHOULD BE LESS THAN LAST NIGHT. STILL...THERE COULD
    BE STANDING WATER ON ROADWAYS AND CLEAN UP AFTER THE FLOODING LAST
    MAY BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN AND POTENTIAL STANDING WATER ON
    ROADWAYS AND IN LOW SPOTS IN HILLY TERRAIN.
