    * URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
    ONTARIO COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK...
    THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF GENEVA...
    * UNTIL 730 PM EDT
    * AT 435 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
    CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS EASTERN
    ONTARIO COUNTY...BETWEEN CANANDAIGUA AND GENEVA. THESE
    THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MUCH OF THE ADVISORY AREA
    THROUGH 6 PM. RAINFALL RATES WILL REACH 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR AS
    THESE STORMS MOVE THROUGH THE AREA.
    EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL RESULT IN MINOR
    FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. SMALL STREAMS WILL SEE RAPID RISES.
