    * LOCATIONS...NORTHEASTERN WAYNE COUNTY...AND NORTHERN CAYUGA
    COUNTY.
    * TIMING...LATE TONIGHT THROUGH LATE MONDAY EVENING.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW POTENTIALLY ACCUMULATING 7 TO 13 INCHES
    IN THE MOST PERSISTENT LAKE SNOWS.
    * WINDS...WEST 25 TO 35 MPH TONIGHT...DIMINISHING TO 15 TO 25 MPH
    MONDAY.
    * VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...NARROW BANDS OF HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW ACROSS THE
    AREA ALONG WITH CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW COULD
    RESULT IN DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AT TIMES WITH SEVERELY
    REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND SNOW COVERED ROADWAYS. SNOWFALL RATES
    OF AS HIGH AS 1 TO 3 INCHES AN HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE WITHIN
    THE MOST INTENSE AND PERSISTENT SNOW BANDS.
    * FORECASTER CONFIDENCE...MEDIUM FOR WAYNE COUNTY...MEDIUM TO HIGH
    FOR NORTHERN CAYUGA COUNTY. THERE IS STILL SOME UNCERTAINTY
    WITH RESPECT TO THE EXACT LOCATION AND INTENSITY OF THE MAIN
    LAKE EFFECT SNOW BANDS.

    * LOCATIONS...SOUTHERN ONEIDA... MADISON... AND ONONDAGA COUNTIES.
    THE BEST CHANCE FOR SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL WILL BE ALONG AND NORTH
    OF THE NEW YORK THRUWAY. AT THIS TIME THE HEAVY SNOW IS EXPECTED
    TO REMAIN NORTH OF THE CITIES OF SYRACUSE AND UTICA... ALTHOUGH
    SMALL ACCUMULATIONS CAN STILL OCCUR IN THOSE AREAS.
    * HAZARDS...SNOW...BLOWING SNOW.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...7 INCHES OR MORE OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE... MAINLY
    ALONG AND NORTH OF THE NEW YORK THRUWAY.
    * TIMING...SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS TONIGHT WILL ORGANIZE INTO A
    BAND OF HEAVY SNOW EARLY MONDAY MORNING. THE MOST LIKELY
    LOCATION OF THE BAND OF HEAVIEST SNOW WILL BE NEAR THE BORDER
    BETWEEN OSWEGO AND ONONDAGA COUNTIES EASTWARD. THE BAND MAY MOVE
    BRIEFLY SOUTH TOWARD THE SYRACUSE AND UTICA AREAS DURING THE DAY
    MONDAY... BUT WILL REMAIN NORTH OF SYRACUSE AND UTICA MOST OF
    THE DAY. THE BAND WILL WEAKEN AND MOVE NORTH MONDAY NIGHT.
    * TEMPERATURES...FALLING INTO THE 20S TONIGHT AND MOSTLY IN THE
    TEENS MONDAY.
    * WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.
    * IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL POSSIBLE.
