    POOR DRAINAGE AREAS REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM EDT FOR MONROE
    COUNTY...
    AT 715 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
    INDICATE NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH EMBEDDED DOWNPOURS
    CONTINUING TO LIFT NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS CENTRAL MONROE COUNTY. RADAR
    ESTIMATES SHOW THAT PREVIOUS SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY HAS
    DROPPED AS MUCH AS AN INCH AND A HALF TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IN SOME
    LOCATIONS...WITH AN ADDITIONAL HALF INCH OF RAIN POSSIBLE EARLY THIS
    EVENING. THIS WILL CONTINUE TO AGGRAVATE ALREADY ELEVATED WATER
    LEVELS IN AREA TRIBUTARIES...WHILE ALSO PRODUCING FLOODING IN
    LOWLAND AREAS AND OTHER AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE.
