    * FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
    EAST CENTRAL ULSTER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK...
    * UNTIL 430 PM EST
    * AT 130 PM EST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN CAUSING MINOR
    FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. AN INCH TO INCH AND A HALF HAS
    FALLEN AND A BREAK IN THE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH MID
    AFTERNOON. RAINFALL RUN OFF HAS RESULTED IN MINOR FLOODING WITH A
    ROAD CLOSURE ON ROUTE 213 IN ROSENDALE BETWEEN CREEK LOCKS ROAD
    AND KEATON AVE. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
    COULD BRING ANOTHER QUARTER TO HALF INCH OF RAIN LATER THIS
    AFTERNOON.
