    COUNTRY WHICH WILL BRING MILD AIR AND RAIN INTO THE REGION LATE THIS
    AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. SOME OF THE RAIN WILL BE HEAVY AND COULD
    CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND MINOR FLOODING OF THE RIVERS
    IN THE REGION, ALONG WITH FLASH FLOODING.

    TONIGHT WILL CAUSE RISES IN AREA CREEKS, STREAMS AND RIVERS.
    * THE GREATEST RISK FOR FLOODING WILL BE LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING
    ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND IN URBAN AREAS AS HEAVY RAIN OVER A
    SHORT PERIOD CAUSES RAPID RISES. MAIN STEM RIVERS WILL ALSO RISE
    BUT ONLY MINOR FLOODING IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
