Skaneateles cross country runs at ESM meet

Girls finish third; Adams second among individuals

The Skaneateles boys cross country team took 10th out of 15 teams at the 21st annual East Syracuse-Minoa Invitational on a Saturday morning that was perfect for running. A half hour later, the Laker girls took a credible third, with 95 points, behind winner Cicero-North Syracuse (60 points) and a startling performance by the host Spartans from ESM, who edged Skaneateles by a single point with 94.
