The Zephaniah Comstock House, also known as the Ender’s Property, located at 2363 Route 20 is currently owned by David Muraco of New Venture Assets. A DEIS has been filed to demolish the three structures in order for future development.

It was standing room only at the Town of Cazenovia Planning Board’s public hearing on the future of the Zephaniah Comstock House Thursday, Jan. 5, in the Gothic Cottage.
