Tammy Ann Russett Fraser, 50, of Baldwinsville passed away Monday, Dec. 16, 2013. She was born in Syracuse and lived in Baldwinsville all of her life. Tammy was a graduate of Maria Regina College and St. Joseph’s School of Nursing. She was formerly employed with St. Joseph’s Hospital in the Critical Care Unit.
Tammy survived leukemia and its after effects for 43 years. She lived every day as if it was a gift. Tammy loved to laugh. Her family and faith were her heart.
