Regina “Sally” (Johnson) Curry, 74, of Liverpool, passed away Sunday, De. 8, 2013, at home. She was born in Syracuse and has resided in Liverpool for the past 30 years. Sally retired from US Airways as a ticket agent at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. She was a member of the Liverpool Elks B.P.O.E. Lodge 2348 and the Ladies Auxiliary. She was very proud of her membership and actively volunteered helping veterans and various youth organizations. Sally always put the well-being of her family first, especially her children who will remember her as a loving mother. She is predeceased by her son, Timothy Lee Curry in 1997 and her sister, Lorraine McGuire in 2005.
Surviving to cherish her memory is her daughter, Kathleen A. Fernandez of Liverpool. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews especially acknowledging Erica (Frank) Germano and their children; Alexa and Zach who she shared a special bond with.
Memorial service: 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 Route 31, Baldwinsville. Contributions in Sally’s memory may be made to the Liverpool Elks B.P.O.E. Lodge 2348, 3730 Cold Springs Road, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.
