Charles H. Musgrave, 86, of Liverpool, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Crouse Hospital. He was born in Somerville, MA and was raised and educated in Natick, MA. Mr. Musgrave was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran. Following his military service, Charles obtained his private pilot’s license and met his wife Toni. Together they moved to Framingham, MA, to start their family. He retired after a 30-year career with Monroe Auto Parts. After his retirement they enjoyed many years in Spring Hills , FL. His memberships included; past commander of the AMVETS of Natick, MA, the American Legion Post No. 188, and the Knights of Columbus of Liverpool. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s the Worker Church and served as a Eucharistic Minister. Charles also took pride in making rosaries, which were shipped to worldwide missionaries. He will be remembered for his devotion to his family, quick wit and sense of humor. He is predeceased by his grandson, Michael Ronner and two brothers, Robert and George.
Surviving is his wife of 64 years, Marie A. “Toni” Musgrave of Liverpool, two sons; Charles (Helga) Musgrave of Germany, James (Kathleen) Musgrave of Framingham, MA, four daughters; Paula (Earl) Zinck of Plymouth, MA, Linda Musgrave (Pieter Swanepoel) of Hilton Head, SC, Elizabeth (Steven) Nickels of Liverpool, Mary Musgrave of Ashland, MA, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three sisters; Eleanor Devereaux, Mary (Dick) Farley and Ruth (John) Sousa. Also are many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
