James P. Crowley

James P. Crowley, of Fayetteville, died peacefully on June 2, 2012 at St. Camillus Health & Rehabilitation Center after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease and its devastating side effects. A native of Jamesville, he attended DeVry Institute in Chicago and worked for Conrail for many years, as well as Onondaga County both with the Sheriff’s Department and later the District Attorney's Office. He was a former member and EMT with the Fayetteville Fire Department.
Jim is survived by his sister, Carol Dorey of Indianapolis, IN; two nephews, Michael R. Dorey of Dallas, TX and James R. Dorey of Indianapolis, IN; two great-nieces, Kaitlin M. Dorey and Shannon E. Dorey of Dallas, TX; and several cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Mary Crowley; and his nephew, Patrick N. Dorey.
