Oleathea B. Teska, 99, of Clay, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center.
She was a lifetime resident of the Clay area, and was an active member in the Euclid/Morgan/Trinity United Methodist Church and of it’s Mary Circle. Mrs. Teska loved to crochet, and was known for making many beautiful afghans for family and friends. She is predeceased by her husband Howard F. Teska, and two sons Richard A. Teska and Roger H. Teska.
She is survived by her daughter, Betty L. Donvito, nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and five great-great- grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services: 9 a.m. Friday, June 1, at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners 3541 Route 31 Baldwinsville, with Burial to follow in Pine Plains Cemetery. Calling hours: 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 31, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church 8396 Morgan Road, Clay, NY 13041.
