Rosemary M. Tuttle

Rosemary M. (McCarthy) Tuttle, 87 of Liverpool passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, at Upstate University Hospital. She was born in Hornell, N.Y., and along with her family came to Liverpool in 1958, where she had since resided. Mrs. Tuttle was formerly employed by New York Telephone as an operator. Rosemary also worked as a cook at the Cobble Stone Ale House and Murphy’s Trackside, both in Liverpool. She was a member of the Liverpool BPOE No. 2348 Ladies auxiliary and enjoyed singing in the Liederkranz Society Chorus in Syracuse. Mrs. Tuttle was a parishioner of St. Joseph the Worker Church in Liverpool. She is predeceased by her husband Bill and her son B.J.
Surviving is her son, Robert F. Tuttle of Liverpool, three daughters; Shelley (Mike) Wlodarczyk of Liverpool, Shawn (Rob) Poole of Fulton, Tracey (Mike) Keyes of Liverpool, eight grandchildren, a great-grandson and two great-granddaughters, a brother, Tom McCarthy of Washington, D.C., and two sisters; Thelma Pelych and Michelle Lewis both of Hornell, N.Y. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours: from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at the Maurer Funeral Home 300 Second St., Liverpool, with funeral services to follow at 4 p.m. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville at the convenience of the family.
