Henry ‘Hank’ Miner, 90, of Liverpool, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012. He was president of Midstate Contractors Equipment. He also had a passion for water skiing and was president of the NYS, Eastern, and American Water Ski Associations.
He served his country with Pride during WWII as a part of the Navy’s Special Ops Forces, Scouts and Raiders, now known as the Navy Seals. He told endless stories of being part of the ‘First Wave Omaha Beach’.
His wife of 62 years, Audrey, died April 10, 2010.
Surviving are daughters Robin (Paul) Setcavage and Janet (Scott) Bennett, four grandchildren, Chad Bennett, Dr. Nadia Bennett Kunzier, Todd Setcavage and Shawn Setcavage, and the pride of his life three great grandsons, Nolan, Peyton and Jack Henry.
