To the editor:
I’d like to thank all the village residents for their patience and understanding for during last week’s snow storm. Our DPW crews worked around the clock to keep the streets open, our Fire/EMS crews were on standby just in case of an emergency, our police department and town highway called to offer assistance, our clerk and code staff were on the phones making sure everyone had what they needed during the storm.
We are still catching up days later clearing parking lots, sidewalks and getting garbage pickup back to normal but I want to personally thank everyone involved in making this happen and thank them for keeping our village open and operating during this major storm.
Thanks you for all that you do to help keep our village operating and a place people we are proud to call home
