On Mar. 8, Richard J. Dame, 31, a transient, was arrested and charged with petit larceny regarding two arrest warrants issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Mar. 3. He was arraigned in front of Judge McMahon in the Village of Baldwinsville Court and remanded to the Justice Center on a bail of $500 cash or bond to re-appear in court on Mar. 9.
On Mar. 16, a 16-year-old was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. The arrest resulted after an investigation by the school resource officer and school administrators into a report of the smell of marijuana in one of the boy’s restrooms at Baker High School at 29 E. Oneida St. After found to be in possession of marijuana, he was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Apr. 13.
On Mar. 16, Michele M. King, 37, of 318 Beach Road, Syracuse, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failed to yield while entering roadway after an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Syracuse Street where she was one of the involved drivers. After computer checks revealed her license suspended, she was processed and released on her own recognizance to appear in court on Apr. 27.
On Mar. 17, Zenobia K. Patterson, 29, of 217 Loomis Ave., Apt. 2, Syracuse, was arrested and charged with petit larceny regarding a bench warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville court on Dec. 18, 2014. She was arraigned in front of Judge Huling and released on a pre-trial release to re-appear in court on Mar. 23.
On Mar. 20, Christina M. Koch, 24, of 12 Second St., Camden was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe lane change after a traffic stop on Curtis Avenue for traveling through the intersection of East Genesee Street and Salina Street changing lanes without proper signal. After computer checks revealed her license suspended she was released on $50 police bail to appear in court on Apr. 27.
On Mar. 21, a 16-year-old was arrested and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. A 15-year-old was also charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after an investigation into two oxycodone pills brought to Baker High School at 29 E. Oneida Street by the 15-year-old, who then provided one of the pills to the 16-year-old. The 16-year-old was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Apr. 20, and the 15-year-old was released to the custody of a parent and the case forwarded to Onondaga County Family Court.
On Mar. 24, a 17-year-old female from Brewerton was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. The arrest resulted after an investigation into a drug odor complaint in one of the hallways at the Microtel at 131 Downer St. She was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on April 16.
On Apr. 4, Raymond J. Barth, 36, of 2814 Cold Springs Road, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny regarding an arrest warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on March 3. He was transported from the Jamesville Correctional Facility, arraigned in front of Judge McMahon and remanded back to the Jamesville Correctional Facility (on $100 cash or bond) to re-appear in court on April 13.
On Apr. 6, Carley A. Stacy, 29, of 345 Biddlecum Road, Phoenix, was arrested and charged with displaying a false inspection sticker regarding a bench warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Feb. 11. She was arraigned in front of Judge Huling and released on her own recognizance to re-appear in court on May 4.
On Apr. 13, John M. Walcker II, age 27, of 4601 Candlelight Lane, Apt. 4, Liverpool, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operator and no seatbelt regarding a bench warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Jan. 7. He was transported from the Onondaga County Justice Center, arraigned in front of Judge McMahon and remanded back to the Onondaga County Justice Center on a bail of $350 cash or $750 bond to re-appear in court on April 20.
On Apr. 18, Todd Newton, 43, of 51 Mildred Ave., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .18 percent, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, unsafe start, refused breath test and switched plates. He was also arrested that same day and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property. Both arrests resulted after an investigation into an intoxicated person complaint on Mildred Avenue where he was found to be in possession of a stolen license plate. He was arraigned in front of Judge Vanderwater in the Town of Van Buren Court, remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center and held with no bail to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on April 22.
On Apr. 20, Dawn M. Boysuk, 37, of 8612 Woodsboro Drive, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .18 percent, felony first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and speeding. The arrest resulted after a traffic stop on Salina Street for driving 75 miles per hour in a posted 30 mile an hour speed zone. When police attempted to stop her she parked her vehicle and fled on foot but was located a short time later and released into the custody of St. Joseph’s Hospital to appear in court on May 25.
On April 20, Julie A. Watson, 49, of 402 Primrose Path, Syracuse, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal contempt regarding a bench warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Mar. 23. She turned herself in, was arraigned in front of Judge Huling and released on her own recognizance to reappear in court on May 25.
On April 24, Jacqueline B. Lennon, 35, of 125 James Ave., Solvay, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .18 percent, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and one headlight. The arrest resulted when alcohol involvement was detected after a traffic stop on Syracuse Street for driving with one headlight out. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on May 25.
On April 25, Sandra R. Meeker, 18, of 8 Mildred Ave., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with third degree criminal mischief after an investigation into more than $250 worth of damage caused to a vehicle at 12 E. Oneida St. on April 13. She was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on May 18.
On April 29, Kathleen A. Yackel, 68, of 1903 Conifer Drive, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. The arrest resulted when alcohol involvement was detected after an investigation into a vehicle that fled the scene of a hit and run property damage accident at 30 McHarrie St. She was arraigned in front of Judge McMahon in the Village of Baldwinsville Court and released on her own recognizance to re-appear in court on May 4.
On May 1, Krysta L. Holmes, 22, of 400 Birch St., Liverpool, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .18 percent, driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent. The arrest resulted when alcohol involvement was detected after an investigation into a motor vehicle crash at 43 E. Genesee St. where a single vehicle had struck merchandise and protective bollards outside of the building. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on Jun. 1.
