Cazenovia Stone Quarry Hill Art Park has announced its summer exhibition, “All Things Cazenovia,” a multimedia and juried art show celebrating Cazenovia, home of the Stone Quarry Hill Art Park.
The exhibition will be held from June 12 to July 27 in the John and Virginia Winner Gallery.
The art park has secured a notable group of art experts with a wide and varied experience to jury the exhibition. Anna Tobin D’Ambrosio, director and chief curator of The Museum of Art at Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute, Paul D’Ambrosio, president and CEO of the Fenimore Art Museum and Marie Via, director of exhibitions at Memorial Art Gallery will create an exhibit by choosing artwork submitted through a regional call for artists.
Artists are asked to submit work that reflects an aspect of the Greater Cazenovia community, the influence of the area or the Stone Quarry Hill Art Park. This criteria is open to the artist’s interpretation. The show is open to two- and three-dimensional work and all mediums are encouraged including paintings, collage, photography, fiber art, video and sculpture.
There is a $35 application fee for up to three entries per artist. All fees collected will be used toward marketing for the show.
