Katko to Meet with Local Veterans on July 28 in East Syracuse

— Republican, Conservative, and Independence candidate for U.S. Congress John Katko (NY-24) recently announced an addition to his growing listening session schedule with an event dedicated specifically to hearing the needs and concerns of area veterans: 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, July 28 at St. Matthew’s Church Community Room, 214 Kinne Street East Syracuse.

Last week, Katko was joined by area veteran representatives at the Onondaga County War Memorial in downtown Syracuse to announce the release of his “Five Star Vow to Veterans,” a list of five basic principles and tenets that will serve as his guide to addressing the needs and concerns of Central New York veterans and their families in Congress.

Katko held his first town hall-style listening session meeting with voters in Liverpool on May 22. Since then, he’s held sessions with multiple stops in CNY towns including Moravia, Pompey, Manlius and Fulton.
