Cazenovia High School Action Team still seeking input

— The Cazenovia High School Action Team would like to remind students, staff and community members about its continuing presence and role at the school.

The team was born out of conversations that took place as the high school sought to renew its accreditation with Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, said Principal Eric Schnabl. As part of that process, the school’s accreditation coordinators surveyed students, staff and the community.

So far this year, the team — known informally as “HAT” — has reviewed proposals dealing with student privilege passes, the district’s automated calling system, senior lunches and report cards.

“We’d like to remind our community members, parents and students that if there is a specific positive change they would like to see happen at the high school, they should submit a proposal to the High School Action Team,” said Caitlyn Byrne, HAT committee chair.

Proposals may be sent to Principal Eric Schnabl, who can be reached via email at eschnabl@caz.cnyric.org or by phone at 655-1314.
