Technology classes conclude at the Cazenovia Public Library

— Technology classes at the Cazenovia Public Library conclude on Thursday, Oct. 10, with two social networking sessions conducted by Kathryn McCauley, technology librarian at Mid-York. The first “Social Networking Personal” will be held from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. and the second “Social Networking Business” from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

During these classes, participants will learn to use social networking tools to connect with friends and family or to promote their businesses. The basics of Facebook and Twitter will be covered as well as creating an account, updating profiles and postings, and navigating privacy settings.

These technology classes are made possible through a generous gift from local supporters. To reserve a spot, stop by the library or call 655-9322.
