Cazenovia As part of its ongoing efforts to revise the planning and zoning for the Village Edge South zone (across Route 20 from the Tops plaza), the village of Cazenovia will conduct the second in a series of “Visual Preference Surveys” at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, in the Cazenovia Public Library community room.
The surveys, which measure public preferences on a wide range of planning and design items, will be used to help create visual design standards for future projects in the zone. The village, which began the planning process for the zone in March 2012, is seeking continued public input to optimize the outcome. Participants will be asked to fill out a simple, anonymous survey in response to images from a Powerpoint slide show. The process will take less than one hour to complete.
