LETTER: Why Theobald should be re-elected

To the editor:

The town of Manlius election is November 5th. Ed Theobald is asking voters to re-elect him for the position of town supervisor. The residents of the town of Manlius have an opportunity to vote for a supervisor that has the experience, knowledge, expertise, energy and hard work ethic to lead the town of Manlius for years to come.

I have known Ed for more than 20 years and he is a good friend that I respect and trust. We have served together on the ESM Youth Sports Board, where Ed Theobald worked tirelessly in building the programs and always doing what is best for the children of our community. I also served with Ed on the village of Minoa board. Ed Theobald excelled at working to understand local government and never stopped learning and getting involved in every committee he was assigned to.

Ed Theobald is always advocating on behalf of the town of Manlius that he loves. Ed Theobald is a dedicated public servant who works long hours and always has the best interest of the town of Manlius.

Ed Theobald has done a remarkable job during his tenure as our town supervisor. He has worked diligently to keep the promises he made when elected. He is available to all his constituents regardless of the time of day. He responds to everyone’s concerns in a very amicable manner.

I know when Ed is re-elected he will continue to make decisions that move our town forward. There is no elected official that I know of that works harder than Ed Theobald. I urge all of the residents of the town of Manlius to vote for Ed Theobald for town supervisor.

BILL BRAZILL

DEPUTY MAYOR, VILLAGE OF MINOA
