— Half Moon Bakery & Bistro is different because it offers gluten-free products every week and egg-free and dairy free products upon request. “You’d be surprised how many people come in for those [kinds of baked goods], I don’t think there’s anywhere else on this side of town where you can find that,” Titus said.

The shop offers espresso drinks and freshly roasted coffee in addition to a variety of baked goods including: mini-cupcakes, scones, pastries, brownies, cheesecakes and of course, half moon cookies. The store is located at 6500 East Seneca Turnpike in Jamesville and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays.
