To the editor:
No change in heart that a $50,000 bonus is a bad decision from the budget standpoint and the fact that who else in the working class economy gets a $50,000 bonus for letting their employer know they will retire early? In addition that this bonus is funded by the tax payers and not a corporation?
How in this current economy can any of you possibly think this was a good idea other than to reward a friend instead of looking out for the kids, taxpayers and real educational needs?
Still waiting for a response from someone on the BCSD board who has a logical explanation.
