continued On April 19, Salvatore Crimi, 42, of 13 Ronway Drive, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment. The arrest resulted after a domestic violence incident earlier that morning, which violated a family court order. A “stay-away” order of protection was issued. He was arraigned before Justice T. McMahon and released ROR to appear in court on May 1.
On April 18, Erin Gay, 39, of 103 Downer St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and inadequate tail lights. The arrest resulted after a traffic stop for inadequate rear tail lights on Syracuse Street. A check of her NYS Driver’s License later showed a suspension for failure to answer a summons. She was released ROR to appear in court on May 22.
On April 17, Richard O. Kent, 50, of 96 Oswego St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI: BAC greater than .08 percent, operating with a suspended registration, operating without insurance and operating a vehicle with an open container. The arrest resulted after a patrol vehicle’s license plate reader showed a suspension for an insurance lapse. He was processed to appear in court on May 15.
On April 17, Rachel M. Brown, 35, of 539 Stafford Avenue, Syracuse, was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and following too close. The arrest resulted from a bench warrant that was issued on April 4. She was arraigned before Judge Huling and released on a pre-trial release to appear in court on May 22.
On April 16, Aaron P. Wilson, 37, of 10 West Genesee St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. The arrest was a result of an investigation into a drug complaint. He was released ROR to appear in court on May 15.
