Transient charged with unlawful imprisonment, other charges

— On March 24, Aimee C. Kasprzak, 23, of 29 West Genesee St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The arrest resulted from a shoplifting investigation at Kinney Drug Store. She was released ROR to appear in court April 24.

On March 30, Anne D. Button, 32, of 905 Court St., Syracuse, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI: BAC greater than .08 percent and operating with no headlights. The arrest resulted from a traffic stop for operating with no headlights. She was released ROR to appear in court on April 24.

On April 25, Amber L. Carr, 23, of 106 Landrush Way, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The arrest resulted from a theft at the Sunoco A-Plus. She was released ROR to appear in court on May 29.

On April 24, Kristine A. Crimi, 40, of 13 Ronway Drive, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment. The arrest resulted from a domestic dispute and a threatening phone call that violated a family court order of protection. She was released on pre trial status to appear in court on June 19.

On April 24, Michele L. Taft, 43, of 1109 Church Road, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and operating without insurance. The arrest resulted from a traffic stop on Syracuse Street with information received from the patrol vehicle’s license plate reader. She was released ROR to appear in court on May 22.

On April 23, a juvenile was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The arrest resulted from shoplifting at Kinney Drug Store. The juvenile was released into his father’s custody and the case was turned over to the juvenile officer.

On April 19, Ronald E. Stevens II, 25, of 1275 State Route 4 Lot 292, Elbridge, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, fail to yield (left turn) and suspended registration. The arrest resulted when the vehicle traveling eastbound on West Genesee Street failed to yield when turning northbound on to Oswego Street almost hitting the marked police vehicle. He was released ROR to appear in court on May 29.
