— The annual Memorial Day Proclamation was presented by Mayor Joseph Saraceni (second from left) and Town of Lysander Supervisor John Salisbury (second from right) to VFW Commander Gary Brown (left) and American Legion Commander Frank Turner (right) on April 21 at the VFW’s Memorial Park. The Proclamation stated the village of Baldwinsville would commemorate Memorial Day on the traditional day of remembrance, which is May 30.
