Baldwinsville McNamara Elementary School in the Baldwinsville Central School District has announced the winners of its anti-bullying poster contest. They are:
The students’ posters have been matted, framed and hung in high traffic areas in the building as visual reminders of the school’s anti-bullying message. Art teacher Leslie Nicoletti and school social worker Jeffrey Seltzer coordinate this annual activity as one of the methods the school uses to reduce bullying behaviors. Seltzer said the posters keep the subject of bullying prevention fresh in students’ minds and in their conversations with each other and with staff members.
