Paul Whorrall and the Citizens' Party swept Manlius Tuesday night, winning the mayoral candidacy as well as all three open trustee spots and the village justice seat. Robert Tackman won in the East Syracuse mayoral race and Jim Hughes won in Fayetteville and is the new village justice.
