Police Blotter: Criminal mischief, harassment charged

— At 9:46 p.m. Feb. 19, Barbara Reed, 37, of 45 Elizabeth St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute at 53 Candlewood Garden Apartments, Baldwinsville. She was processed and arraigned before Judge Huling who released her into the pre-trial release program to return to court Feb. 27.

DWI charged

At 6:11 p.m. Feb. 16, Thomas W. Hall, 67, of 7642 Canton St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and crossing of hazard markings, after being observed driving in an erratic manner on Canton Street. He was processed and released on his own recognizance to appear in court March 13.

Possession charged

At 11:59 p.m. Feb. 15, Jody A. Fava, 37, of 31 Artillery Lane, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unlawful possession of marijuana and inadequate muffler. She was processed and released to appear in court Feb. 27.

At 6 p.m. Feb. 20, Kristopher S. Triana, 19, of 7659 Beakman Lane, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The arrest was the result of an investigation into a traffic stop that occurred Jan. 9, where it is alleged that Triana possessed oxycodone pills, hyrdocodone pills and fentanyyl patches with intent to sell them. He was arraigned before Judge Huling and released to appear in court March 20.

Suspended registration charged

At 5:17 p.m. Feb. 20, Stephanie Coulson, 25, of 26 Candlewood Gardens, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended registration, no insurance, inadequate muffler and inadequate headlights. She was processed and released to appear in court March 20.

At 3:12 a.m. Feb. 23, Sonny Elliot, 23, of 86 Margaret St., Rochester, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended registration, inadequate lights and operating without insurance. He was processed and released on his own recognizance to appear in court March 20.
