A special Skaneateles Planning Board meeting to discuss the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) form for the proposed Loveless Farm subdivision has been postponed.
The meeting was originally scheduled for Tuesday, July 30 but has been rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Monday, August 26 at the request of the developer, according to a press release from the planning board.
The West Lake Road property where the 18-house subdivision is being proposed is owned by Skaneateles resident Tim Green and is being planned by Syracuse-based EDR Companies.
The planning board had previously asked the public to submit written comments by July 12 on the SEQR Environmental Assessment Form. Under town code, they can not hold a public hearing to hear public comments in person on the proposal until a determination is made on the SEQR.
The next regular planning board meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20. All planning board meetings are open to the public.
