— Then Abbott closed out the comeback, crashing with a slew of B’ville players and somehow finding the back of the net.

“This is exactly what we wanted to see,” Lloyd said.

Now Lloyd, Abbott and the Bees refocus their vision on the last four games of the regular season, and barring catastrophe, sectionals - a place Abbott believed this team can accomplish something special.

“We’re capable of winning a section title," Abbott said. "I think this is the team to do it.”

The keys to it all will be two weekend road tests - Friday's visit to Shove Park to face first-place West Genesee, immediately followed by a Saturday trip to Cicero Twin Rinks to play Fayetteville-Manlius in the makeup of last Tuesday’s game that got snowed out.
