Baldwinsville — Kathy Morse, coach of the Baldwinsville girls varsity basketball team, presents Jacqueline Baldwin with a check for more than $2,000 for the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Fund. On Feb. 12, the Baldwinsville Central School District girls JV and varsity basketball teams dedicated their Jan. 29 home games in honor of Deb Ahearn, a teaching assistant from Baker High School who passed away from cancer, and Stacy Huntington, a district sub and coach who is battling cancer. The teams’ fundraising efforts included T-shirt sales and a special admission fee for the varsity game.
