LETTERS: B&H gives customer appreciation shout out

— As we begin another New Year, we would like to thank our customers for continued support over the years. It seems like just yesterday that we opened our doors, but if you look away for a minute, the time flies on by.

As you all know, cars continue to become more complex with everything seemingly controlled by a computer. Technology is great until things begin to misbehave and then it becomes a headache.

Over the better part of the last decade, we have changed with the times, too (with more changes on the way soon) to be able to service your “rolling computer.” We invest in meaningful and important diagnostic tools, equipment and training (once thought to be only available at the dealer) to be able to address automotive problems in the most expeditious and cost-effective manner that we can for our customers. We also tailor-fit more routine items (brakes, tires, oil changes, and more) to closely match the needs of our customers.

As always, drawing off of a life-time of real-world experience, we offer the best advice that we know how to keep your vehicle in tip-top shape from bumper-to-bumper.
