continued This years’ event will see the return of many of the artists who participated last year, including Eugen Doering, Jude Ferencz, Gene Gissin, Mary Padgett, David Harper, Naomi DeMuth, and the artists of Cazenovia Artisans. Additionally, CACDA is excited to welcome the alumni, students and faculty of Cazenovia College, Liz Lurie, Roger DeMuth, Susan Machamer and Paul Parpard to the trail this year.
Because these artists work with a broad range of mediums and techniques, including metal and wood sculpture, pottery, jewelry, photography and painting, the event offers something for everyone. If you have technical interests you can learn about equipment and tools. If you are curious about the inspiration for a style of art or a specific piece this is your chance to chat with the artist to learn the story behind the artwork.
Are you an artist with an interest in participating, either by opening your home studio or by setting up at a local hub? There’s still time to submit your application, which can be downloaded from the website listed below. The final day for application submissions is Aug. 5.
