Hubbard said that the village would find a place to display the photos in the new village hall once it is completed.

In other business:

—The board voted to approve the annual Skaneateles Area Arts Council concert at Clift Park on July 4. The concert will feature Dave Hanlon’s Cookbook, SKARTS president Joe Strodel said.

—The board voted to award the contract for the installation of solar photovoltaic panels at the new village hall to Tag Mechanical. Since they are already under contract to work on the renovations they agreed to make the award a change order rather than a new contract, a measure that will save the village $15,000, village attorney Michael Byrne said.
