Worried about the brewery project

LETTER TO THE EDITOR

✓That there are not any clear and defined ways to control violations of any set hours of usage, traffic and noise;

✓That there are no set controls for future growth. The owner has sometimes given conflicting information;

✓That we will be giving over our precious rural, quiet land to a man who has acted badly in other past ventures. There are several articles in Rochester and Buffalo newspapers that recount the way in which Mr. Kateleski, without warning to his employees or creditors at his bankrupted businesses in those cities, cleaned out offices, never to be heard of again.

I am indeed worried. We need more time to test and assess this zoning change.

Surely there must be a better location in the area for such a large, busy, commercial beer factory — which is what it would be, despite whatever sort of cute farmstead type name its promoter may put on it.
