Chenango Bird Club offers ‘Bird Quiz’ family fun event

The Chenango Bird Club presents “Bird Quiz (Just For Fun)” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, at Rogers Environmental Education Center, 2721 State Highway 80, Sherburne. Van Mason will show bird photos he and his wife, Linda, have taken during their various travels. The program will be presented in a quiz format and participants will get the chance to learn about bird identification while guessing bird identities.

Van and Linda Mason are prolific travelers, avid birders and great photographers. Their program will be fun for all ages and birding levels.

The Chenango Bird Club will conduct a short business meeting at 6:30 p.m.. Refreshments will be served after Van’s presentation. Everyone is welcome to attend all or part of the evening’s activities.

The Chenango Bird Club presents monthly programs (except January, February and March). Nature enthusiasts of all levels and interests are invited to all Chenango Bird Club programs, free of charge.

Rogers Center is located one mile west of Sherburne Village on State Highway 80. Park in the main parking lot and walk to the west end of the lot to the Bird Exhibit Cabin.
