LETTERS: Caz Country Club members thankful for successful ACS program

To the editor:

The women of the Cazenovia Country Club wish to express our appreciation to the merchants and individuals who generously supported the American Cancer Society’s “Look Good ... Feel Better” program.

This program teaches beauty techniques to women in active treatment as a means of helping them combat the appearance-related side effects they may experience, such as hair loss and skin changes.

The fundraiser was held Sept. 18 at the Cazenovia Country Club. It raised $2,358 through a raffle of prizes donated by local merchants and individuals.

Let’s say thank you for their support, by supporting them:

Cazenovia Jewelry, Lillie Bean, Isabella, Lavender Blue, Cazenovia Aboard, Owera Vineyards, Dave’s Diner, Old and Everlasting, Brewster Inn, Lincklaen House, J.D. Hunter Home, Drs. Gary and Jacob Revercomb, Kimberly’s Ice Cream Factory, Wild Bird Seed of Manlius, The Fitness Spa, Pearls On A Pig, Terri Misu Dessert Catering, CCC – 18 Hole League, CCC – 9 Hole League, Judy Winslow and Queensboro Dairy.
