Comapny eyes 22-acre plot for proposed farm brewery

— Butler hopes that the increased volume will be used to increase distribution of Empire beer to vendors. This will leave the Armory Square brewing location to work on smaller, more varied batches.

In Butler’s words, it would become a “pilot brewery.”

The opening for the location is still on track to break ground next spring and open to the public the following fall.

Butler speaks for many Cazenovia residents when he says “I can’t wait for when the structure actually starts to go up.”
