With plants, food and the proper use of water, nearly anyone can host more feathered friends as soon as this autumn. The talk will be followed by a garden tour and fall planting demonstration by Sollecito: How to install “The Birdy Dozen,” plants for a bird-friendly landscape. All attendees will receive free bulbs for fall planting. There is no charge for this event, which is being held at Sollecito Landscaping Nursery, 4094 Howlett Hill Road.
