Baldwinsville Megan Jenkins, of Baldwinsville, was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society at New York University School of Medicine. This prestigious designation is earned by only 10 percent of medical students and denotes scholastic achievement and aptitude in the medical student’s education. She is a fourth year medical student at NY University School of Medicine, and is currently planning to graduate in the spring of 2013. She will enter her residency in surgery.
Megan is a graduate of Baker High and the University of Rochester, where she earned Phi Beta Kappa while serving as an emergency medical technician on the college campus, and acting as a teaching assistant for two years. She also played for the college lacrosse team, starting all four years.
