Thomas Keleher, a partner in Bond, Schoeneck & King’s Litigation Department, has been appointed chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers’ New York-Upstate State Committee. The work of the American College of Trial Lawyers is conducted principally through its more than 90 committees. The committees handle a broad range of activities and issues, from participation in the creation of federal rules or commenting on issues of professionalism to carrying out programs at the state, province or local level.
Keleher has more than 30 years experience in all types of litigation, including product liability, commercial, construction and trust and estate litigation. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh (B.A., 1974) and Albany Law School (J.D., 1979), where he was a member of the Albany Law Review. He lives in Manlius.

Amy Baxter hired at Testone, Marshall & Discenza
Amy Baxter, of Fayetteville, has joined the Testone, Marshall & Discenza accounting firm as a manager in its Audit Practice Group.
Baxter is leading a new niche service at TMD focused on royalty audits, contract compliance and internal audits. Previously, Baxter worked at SONY Music Entertainment and Ernst & Young out of London where she served on the Royalty Audit Team responsible for technology, IP, life sciences, product branding and entertainment. She brings more than 15 years of experience to Testone, Marshall & Discenza, LLP.
Baxter received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola College.
