Anyone wishing to vote in the General Election to be held on Nov. 6 must postmark registrations no later than Oct. 12.
Local registration will be held this year from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10 and from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Madison County Board of Elections office at the County Office Building, 138 North Court St., in Wampsville.
Anyone who has moved since they last registered must re-register. Registration forms are available at the Madison County Board of Elections by calling 366-2231.
Forms are also available at post offices and town, city and village clerks offices. Forms can also be downloaded at madisoncounty.ny.gov/boe.
