Honors Convocation shines spotlight on juniors and seniors

— Salutatorian Erin Tonzi was recognized for receiving a NMS Corporate Bristol-Myers Squibb Scholarship and received a Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Kaitlin Spear was recognized as a NMSQT Finalist, received a Scholarship for Academic Excellence, and Senior Distinction in English.

Kaela Fiutak also received a Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Colleen Cargile received a P.E.O. Scholarship and was awarded Senior Distinction in Foreign Language. Madeline Sherman and Ryan Sherman received awards from the NYS Correctional Officers and Police Benevolent Association, Inc.

David DuBois received the Central New York Fertility Award; Kathryn Baldwin was given the Key Bank Award; James Porter was given the Owasco Valley Order of Eastern Star Award.

The Senior Distinction in Art went to Lauren Goetzmann; Senior Distinction in Business went to Jonathan Rogalia; Senior Distinction in Mathematics to Diana Temple; Senior Distinction in Music was given to Olivia Hamlin, Daniel Kringer, Ryan Sayko and Gabriella Whiting. Senior Distinction in Science was awarded to David DuBois and Senior Distinction in Technology to Andrew Taft.
