LETTERS: Kuhn endorses Joseph for village board

To the editor:

It is my pleasure to endorse Jim Joseph as the Republican candidate for the office of Cazenovia Village Trustee.

Jim Joseph has been a resident of the village of Cazenovia for nearly 12 years. During my time in Cazenovia, I have come to know Jim and his wife Renee.

He has proven to be to an individual who genuinely cares about our community and has shown concern over the integrity of the environment we all call home. Together, Jim and Renee have been positive examples to their four children as they both serve actively in local community organizations.

I have been exposed to Jim’s ambition as we are both serve on the Finance Committee at St. James Church and the Advisory Board for the Madden School of Business at Le Moyne College. In both cases, Jim has a leadership role and has proven he approaches issues with fairness and overall objectivity.

Jim has shown the business world he can lead a successful organization while navigating Oneida Ltd. through its turnaround and on to global legitimacy. His background and experience leading Oneida Ltd. projects a fiscal conservative approach that Cazenovia could benefit from in these difficult times.

I am honored to refer to Jim Joseph as a friend. I hope the voters of Cazenovia will cast a vote for Jim when they go to the polls.

Mike Kuhn
