Manlius, East Syracuse, DeWitt police reports ending May 15

Manlius police

April 24

Joseph Miosek, 29, of Little Falls, N.Y., was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree criminal mischief and attempted petit larceny. He was held on $5,000 bail.

Morgen Mielnicki, 18, was charged with misapplication of property.

April 26

Peter May, 48, of John Street, Fayetteville, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was held on $5,000 bail.

April 27

Danielle Eatman, 30, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child.

Cory Mariano, 25, was charged with petit larceny.

April 29

Nicholas Fontana, 24, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

East Syracuse Police

April 2

Anthony Snell, 24, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and speed in zone.

April 29

Jesse Biggs, 26, of West Yates Street, East Syracuse, was charged with second-degree harassment.

James Williams, 38, of Syracuse, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

May 3

David Machell, 57, of Marlow Drive, East Syracuse, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

May 6

Michael Kranz, 23, of Williams Town, N.Y., was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny

Melanie Austin, 28, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, inadequate tail lights and uninspected motor vehicle.

May 8

Timothy Payne, 45, of Syracuse, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent and failure to keep right.

May 11

Jessica Hatter, 43, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right.

Timothy McKennan, 35, of Winchester Road, East Syracuse, was charged with three counts of possessing a sexual performance of a child and one count of attempted disseminating indecent material to a child.
