Baldwinsville Bridget Conway, a junior at Baker High School, has been selected to attend the internationally acclaimed Music Horizons summer program at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester in July.
The program is for students currently in ninth through 12th grades who are seriously considering a career in music. The highly individualized program emphasizes solo performance.
Conway, who will be studying voice, was selected through an audition process that included performing four songs. The three-week program includes private voice lessons, a weekly solo performance in a repertory class, a music theory course and basic piano lessons.
